REMELTED LEAD INGOTS AND SOWS

We, Nakhuda International, Karachi, Pakistan,, are Exporters of Remelted Lead Ingots as well as Remelted Lead Sows.

We can supply you Remelted Lead Ingots mixed with Remelted Lead Sows having Lead (Pb) purity varying from 97.00% to 99.00%. The weight of each Ingots and Sows will be from 25 Kg to 29 Kgs. About 21 to 25 M.Ton loose per 20'Container.

There is no difference between Lead Ingots and Lead Sows except of its shape. All Chemical composition in both are identical and exactly same.

Our Remelted Lead Ingots/Sows are manufactured from Lead Plate Scraps obtained from used/spent/dead Automobile Batteries and are mainly exported to South East Asia, Europe and Far East for manufacturing of Automobile Batteries over there.

Images and Scanned copy of Chemical Composition Test Certificate dated 28.08.2006 prepared and issued by Karachi Shipyard & Eng Works Limited will be sent to you upon request.

Please note that our Lead Ingots/Sows are manufactured from Lead Plates obtained from used/dead/spent Automobile Batteries, there is no consistency of pure Lead and other impurities in all manufactured Ingots/Sows.

It is always slight variation of Lead contents in each and every Remelted Lead Ingots/Sows.

We therefore always mention in our quotations as Lead contents varying from 97.00% to 99.00% to be on safe side and to avoid any claims after shipments.

Our Terms of Payment include Confirmed, Irrevocable, Unrestricted and Easily Negotiable Letter of Credit drawn at Sight for 100% Contract value allowing Part shipment and Proportionate Payment

DRAINED AND DRY USED LEAD ACID BATTERY SCRAPS AS PER ISRI code RAINS:

 One of our buyers require used drained Lead Acid Battery Scraps of White colour only. They can accept less than 10% of Black Batteries of the total quantity. The Batteries should be of Truck, Car, Bus and Tractors. It should NOT be of auto Rixas, Bikes, Motor Cycles or Scooters. The ISRI code of this item is RAINS.

                   

We therefore request you to Please let us have your most competitive CNF KARACHI quotations Per Matric Ton for our buyers evaluation and approval.

If your quotations will meet with our buyers approval, we will ask for Proforma Invoice/Contract in the name of our buyers in order to establish Non Operative Sight Letter of Credit in favor of Suppliers.

Upon receipt of 3% Performance Bond from the Suppliers, the LC will be activated and it will become Operative.

Our Buyers never pay any advance payment at the time of finalization of the deal as they strictly do business by opening 100% Sight LC.

Please note that our buyers representatives will visit the sight of loading and loading will be effected in presence of these representatives.

For that purpose you will have to send invitation letters in order to get visas from Pakistan.

SGS inspection at the port of Loading is must and will be carried out at Sellers own account.

LEAD PLATE SCRAP AS PER ISRI code RAILS

These buyers are also interested in Lead Plate Scrap obtained from used batteries as per ISRI code RAILS.

The buyers required only Lead Cells (Plates) which are inside the Whole Batteries. They do not require Battery Plastic Case. They also do not require Seperators.
